Hey, I’m a big fan of the 12-quart Food Processor, but that’s only when I intend of either making a big meal for the family or a 7-course meal for 2. If it’s just a typical work day and I’m on-the-go, what I usually like to do is take out my trusty little manual food chopper, assemble the ingredients for a great melt or salad (Cobb is my favorite) and get to work on it. After I dice up my main veggies (and hard-boiled egg!), I just pull it easily apart and cleaning it is a literal snap. It’s much easier than setting up my 12-quarter…and the amount of left-overs from making a large amount of chopped veggies or processed food.
